Very flat grind yields a very sharp thin edge, with a tip design to provide decent penetration without risk of breaking under meat-prying forces
Large grip area is shaped for maximum ergonomics, especially with gloved hand. Solid, one-piece white oak handle, with nickel steel bolsters and Damascus nut. This knife can also excel in most culinary/butcher applications that require a bit more positive grip than culinary knives provide.
